Q. I know how to make concrete steps for a patio but how do I attach the new steps ontop of the already existing concreate patio? Thanks.
A. Drill some holes into the patio and put short lengths of re-bar into them. Then build your concrete forms around them. When you pour the new steps they will be anchored to the patio.
