Q. I have a town house and I have a small front yard and small back yard. I just want to get it cleaned up. The front yard kind of looks like clay due to the water sitting from the gutter drainage. The back yard is not that bad but my neighbors tree that hangs over, kills my grass. I would like to convert front yard into more of a rock flower bed and Maybe get the grass pulled. I just want to make sure I get a good price!
